- Product Availability – On occasion, a product may be temporarily unavailable. Unavailable products will be marked with an asterick (*). Please email us if there is an unavailable product that you want and we will make every attempt to get it in stock for you. We encourage you to return to our website often to check for updates.
- Online Color Selection – It can be difficult to purchase cosmetics online due to different coloring on monitors. Please note that monitors display colors differently based on their settings. All colors are represented as true as possible. Please see color descriptions when making your selection. If you have further questions about color selections, please email me. I will be happy to help you make a selection or provide further product or color information.
- Secure Checkout – SSL encryption is used for your security. Glamour Addict, LLC understands how important security is when shopping online. This site uses the most advanced consumer online security techniques to date.
- Sales Tax – We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders to residents of the State of Alabama (9%). This will be calculated for you at check out.
- Canceling and Modifying Orders – After you have clicked to purchase your order, online changes cannot be made to your order.
- Order Processing – Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends and holidays) will begin processing the next business day. All orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. At this time, we cannot accept International orders. We assume no responsibility or liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. If items are lost in the mail, we cannot take responsibility for lost items. Please, contact your post office to see if they can help you track the lost package.
- Returns – Because of the nature of cosmetics and bath/body products, we cannot accept returns. Please purchase a sample color first if available to make sure you will be satisfied. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges for cosmetics and bath/body products due to health concerns. Orders received as gifts cannot be returned. For all other purchases, please return the unworn, unused, unwashed merchandise with tags attached for store credit only. At this time, we are not able to provide a paid return address label. Cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email us within five days of receiving your order if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order. You must have authorization from Glamour Addict, LLC prior to returning your purchase. Please address your return to:

- Payment Methods – We accept Paypal.com which allows you to pay with all major credit cards and Paypal. US dollars only accepted. Paypal is free to sign up for and only takes a few minutes. Paypal account not required to make a purchase.
- Sending Products to a Friend – Shipping to a third party is available. Please email us at the time of purchase and we will obtain the shipping information for the third party. We can also include a gift card if you desire.
- Prices and Products – All prices and products are subject to change without notice.
